Kaliningrad. As I saw it.

While leaving Riga, Latvia the man sitting next to me in the plane (he was from Amsterdam) told me that Kaliningrad is grey and ugly city compared to Riga. Well, I said, I gonna definetly check that out.

Nevertheless I had my free time very limited. Still – I had an opportunity to get on the roof of Kaliningrads’ “Origo” – Kaliningrad Plaza.

As I was told by person from Murmansk – Kaliningrad is more like Europe not Russia.
